Title: “Virtual treatment planning in adult orthodontics”

Abstract:

The recent advances in digital technology have improved all areas of orthodontics. The digital workflow starts with intraoral scanning and continues with case analysis and the visualization of treatment objectives. Virtual treatment planning increases doctor-patient communication and provides control of clinical evolution at any step. The purpose of this paper is to describe the digital workflow and virtual planning steps in an orthodontic office and to present practical information and clinical cases.
